Who
is the producer of
Empowering Teachers?
John
Avianantos is the producer and also presents all the concepts on
this tape series. He has worked as a college administrator and instructor
for over 35 years, so he is very aware of the challenge teachers
face.
John has also been in
the speaking business since 1984 with over 2,000 programs presented.
His current speaking fee is $10,000 per one-hour program, so the
very small investment for Empowering Teachers is truly a great bargain.
Johns live
in service programs proved to be so popular he decided to
develop a way to take the message to all teachers and for an investment
all schools would be able to affordhenceEmpowering Teachers.
Following are typical remarks John would receive after a live program:
What
faculty and staff say about a John Avianantos' program:
"Thank
you very much for providing a most energetic presentation on motivation
and goal setting to our faculty on Wednesday, August 30. We received
numerous complimentary comments on your behalf for your enthusiasm,
positiveness, humor and content. In short, our people thought you
were great and felt you helped them launch the year with a more
upbeat perspective."
-Vanette
Dunn, Principal
Shea School
"Thank
you very much for the excellent presentation that you made at the
Scottsdale Administrators Retreat. From both new and old administrators,
we heard that this was the best workshop or retreat they had ever
attended."
-John
P. Durbin, Assistant Superintendent
Scottsdale Public Schools
"Your
speech was informative, inspirational and humorous. Little did we
know that behind the humor was a real life message; one that kept
our attention throughout your lecture. For my part, I want to assure
you that I have heard great lecturers, but none in your category
as it relates to: Inspiration, message, intimacy, timeliness, content,
tone, style, etc.,etc."
-Jose
M. Burruel, Interim Superintendent
Santa Cruz Valley Union School
"Your
presentation, Friday, November 2, for the annual Phoenix Elementary
School District's classified employee in service workshop was outstanding.
As you can see by the results of the evaluations, the employees
felt that this workshop was superior."
-Gerald
L. Cuedet, Ph. D., Superintendent
Phoenix, Elementary School District No. 1
"John,
you did an outstanding job of making the Madison District teachers
feel good about themselves, while at the same time, emphasizing
that it is the responsibility of teachers to meet the academic and
self-esteem needs of all children. Many of the Madison District
teachers have asked that you do follow-up sessions."
-Frank
W. Canady, Ph.D., Asst. Superintendent
Madison School District
